Ms. Franklin became a commissioned international author of Profits of Deceit, Dispatches From the Frontlines of Fraud (Heinemann, 1990), for which she worked undercover with detectives and investigators in fraud prosecution cases. Upon her return to London, Ms. Franklin's writing became the subject of documentaries. She founded Intrepid Film and Television (London) where, for six years, she led teams in the development and production of drama, documentary and music programming for the BBC, Channel Four Network Television and International Video Network (IVN) where her work captured 100 million-viewer audiences. A graduate of the University of Southern California and Rotary International Foundation Scholar of The London School of Economics, Ms. Franklin is a conference speaker for Women in Technology International, the Association for Test Publishers and The American Society for Training and Development. She is a member of the World Affairs Council, Co-Chair of the San Francisco Chapter of the American Friends of the London School of Economics and a member of the Board of Advisors for TechLearn 2004. Mr. Klein has created content for marketing, education, and entertainment on many different platforms including Web, CD-ROM, Interactive TV, and laser disk, to name a few. As Director of Technology at Red Sky for three years, he led the engineering and IT departments and serviced many clients including Sony Pictures, Nike, Lands End, Absolut Vodka, and Sprite. Earlier on, Mr. Klein was a Senior Technical Lead at Poppe Tyson where his clients included Raychem, Symantec, Sony PlayStation, and Hewlett Packard. He was a technical director for AT&T during the interactive television trials in the early 90s having worked on large interactive projects for United Technologies and Disney. Mr. Klein was lead developer of an early multi-point whiteboard software product for the Windows platform and has written several software tools for computer-aided music composition.[up] Mr. Rosen has managed relationships with numerous partners and has advanced standards as a speaker at industry events like TechLearn, ADL Plugfest, Training Conference, and Macromedia MAX. He has written for trade publications including Chief Learning Officer and Training magazine. Mr. Rosen is VP Programs for the Silicon Valley Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement. Currently pursuing an online masters degree in Human Performance Technology at Boise State University, Mr. Rosen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business from McGill University.[up]
As co-founder of UniVision Group, a national Advertising and Direct Marketing Communications firm, Mr. Gullett sharpened his keen competitive skills with extensive new business development and program / project management activities. In the process, his operational expertise yielded an intimate knowledge of modern technology markets. In the area of enterprise software for human capital management, Mr. Gullet initiated and managed a successful rollout of the channel sales team for eWork Exchange, a San Francisco company that markets hosted software solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. More recently, for two technology start-ups, Mr. Gullett has authored sales and marketing plans, successfully launched sales rollouts, and helped secure first and second-round venture capital funding. Mr. Gullett is a sought-after speaker having presented at numerous international symposia, trade shows and conventions. He earned his undergraduate and MBA degrees in Marketing from Washington University. His affiliations include the Association of Interactive Marketing, the National Association of Sales Professionals, and the American Marketing Association.[up]
Dr.Grigg received a doctorate degree in counseling psychology from the University of British Columbia in 1994. He has been extensively engaged in organizational development, training and educational services for the last ten years. [up]
Mr. Geiler began his tenure at SBC in project economics and as he moved into corporate financial strategy planning and regulatory accounting. His contract negotiation skills resulted in industry leading terms with other telecom carriers. As team leader, he led a large team of finance, engineering and software developers while building state-of-the-art financial cost models. These models resulted in the first universal service cost subsidies for telephone companies. In 1997, Mr. Geiler gained global accounting and finance experience in his role of Director for INDETEC International, a San Diego-based boutique management consulting firm. His expansion efforts quadrupled Asia Pacific revenues. After analyzing revenues, costs and gross margins at QuantumShift Mr. Geiler transformed the business through implementing various process improvement initiatives and managing a family of products. His work resulted in gross margin growth and a reduction in vendor costs. Mr. Geiler has implemented Activity Based Costing systems with associated business metric development, at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology. He is a graduate of Alfred University with a BA in Biology and Mathematics, and holds an MA in Biology and Business from San Francisco State University. [up]
Utilizing skills gleaned from a Wentworth Institute of Technology BS in Industrial Design, Mr. Borcherdt has designed a number of best-selling products including joysticks for the Sega Saturn T. Mr. Borcherdt's cinematic work is a standout among action game titles, which have gone on to secure favorable retail sales and positive reviews for Electronic Arts. He has created virtual walk-throughs for Base Audio retail outlets, high-resolution models for Maxis and numerous multiplayer network interfaces for the SEGA Dreamcast platform. [up] At SOZO Design, San Francisco, Mr. Eng applied his Renaissance talents to market research, product design, and project management of medical and electronic products. With INNO Design, Palo Alto, Mr. Eng provided industrial design services for consumer goods that included phones, computer towers, and microwaves. Among Mr. Eng's clients are Intel, Varian Medical Systems, Fujitsu Limited, Coherent Medical Group, Kensington, and Samsung Electronics. [up]
